What happens on a discovery call?
It's a casual 25-minute conversation. You tell me what you're working on and what's keeping you up at night. I'll share how I might help. No pressure, no pitch — just an honest conversation to see if we're a good fit.
Who do you typically work with?

Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, Directors and VPs of Engineering, and technical startup founders (Seed through Series C). I help leaders with:

How is this different from traditional coaching?
I blend coaching with hands-on advisory. I won't just ask you how you feel about a decision. I help you think through the strategy, the trade-offs, and the execution. I bring real-world mission-critical high-visibility high-stakes operational experience, not just frameworks.
What if I need help between sessions?
All plans include async support via Slack, email, or WhatsApp. For urgent matters, Custom Advisory clients have on-demand access. I understand that critical decisions don't wait for scheduled meetings.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. I recommend giving it at least 2-3 months to see real results, but you can cancel anytime. Most clients stay because the ROI is obvious.
What's your approach?
I recommend starting with a 3-month period. We'll meet weekly or biweekly depending on your goals. These one-hour sessions build a strong foundation for our working partnership. I communicate directly, create space for exploring challenges, and work concretely through scenarios and dynamics specific to your professional context and ideal outcomes. I work with you to build tangible milestones, strategies, tactics, mechanisms, and practices that help you achieve (or surpass!) your goals.
